ADDITIONAL COSTS
- Heating: € 20 per day.
- Fresh linen once a week included, in case you need more € 20 per bed on request.
- Final cleaning included, € 60 for extra cleaning on request.
- Air conditioning only for the apartment IL MERLO cost € 15 per day.
- Tourist tax per person and per night, for a minimum of 3 nights in Lucca. Please visit the website of the Comune di Lucca for detailed information.
CONDITIONS
Cancellation policy: a 30% deposit is required to guarantee the reservation. No charge if cancellation occurs within 30 days of the arrival date, in addition the deposit will be retained.
Upon arrival, a deposit of € 200 is required which will be returned to you upon check out if no damage to property or apartment has been found
Apart from different agreements:
check in from 14:00 to 23:00
check out from 8:00 to 10:00
We remind our clients that we do not provide breakfast service, the apartments have a kitchen equipped for use.
